Orrery'yi kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hesap ve kullanım

Google ile giriş yaptığınızda hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı, hileli veya hizmeti engelleyici şekilde kullanamazsınız.

3. Odaklanma ve oyun içi öğeler

Uzay cevheri, XP, rozetler, hedefler ve diğer dijital öğeler yalnızca Orrery içindeki dijital ilerleme içindir; gerçek para değeri yoktur, devredilemez ve nakde çevrilemez.

4. Premium ve satın alımlar

Premium ürünleri, satın alma sırasında Google Play veya Apple App Store tarafından gösterilen yerel fiyat ve koşullara tabidir. Abonelikler mağazada aksi belirtilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir; yenileme tarihinden önce mağaza hesabınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz. Ödeme, fiyat değişikliği, iade ve abonelik işlemleri ilgili uygulama mağazasının kurallarına göre yürütülür.

5. Hizmet değişiklikleri

Uygulamanın özelliklerini güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Verilerinizi ve ilerlemenizi korumak için makul çaba gösteririz; ancak kesintisiz erişim garantisi veremeyiz.

2. Account and use

You are responsible for keeping your Google sign-in account secure. You may not use the app unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that disrupts the service.

3. Focus and in-app items

Space ore, XP, achievements, targets, and other digital items are for in-app progress only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Premium and purchases

Premium products are subject to the localized price and terms displayed by Google Play or Apple App Store at purchase. Unless the store says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled through your store account before renewal. Payments, price changes, refunds, and subscriptions are handled under the relevant app store's rules.

5. Service changes

We may update, change, or remove app features. We make reasonable efforts to protect your data and progress, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
